In this Let’s Talk About Mental Health vlog, I share what it’s really like to attend pop-up markets while living with intense anxiety. Craft fairs give me a chance to sell my wind chimes, but more importantly, they give me an opportunity to talk about the mission behind HOPEsticks and help reduce the negative stigma surrounding mental health.
I talk honestly about the nerves, shaking, fear, and uncertainty that come with putting myself in these situations—and why I keep showing up anyway. For me, every person who stops at my booth is another opportunity to start a conversation, share the message, and remind someone that mental health deserves to be talked about openly.
Sometimes courage doesn’t mean the fear goes away. Sometimes it simply means showing up anyway. Faith over fear. ❤️

Let’s Talk About Mental Health: It’s Okay to Have a Bad Day
Sometimes we say “I’m fine” because it’s easier than explaining what’s really going on.
In this video, I speak from the heart about bad days, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and some of the darkest moments I’ve experienced—and why I believe we need to keep talking about mental health.
I’ve been there. I understand how dark it can feel. And I’m still here.
So are you. ❤️
Let’s keep talking. Let’s keep listening. And let’s keep working to end the stigma surrounding mental health.

Mental Illness Awareness Week is a reminder that none of us should have to struggle in silence. In this vlog, I talk about why open conversations about mental health matter, how HOPEsticks grew from one of the hardest seasons of my own life, and why simply saying “I’m struggling” should never come with shame.

What’s Next for HOPEsticks? ❤️
HOPEsticks is growing—and not just with new wind chimes.
In this video, I share some of what I've been creating, including the introduction of HOPEsticks Minis, and talk about the bigger purpose behind where I hope HOPEsticks is headed.
At its heart, HOPEsticks has always been about more than bamboo wind chimes. It's about mental health, starting conversations, creating connection, and helping end the stigma.
Watch the video to hear what's been on my heart, what I'm creating, and what may be coming next for the HOPEsticks community.
Every chime carries a story. Every sound carries HOPE. ❤️
